TITLE INSURANCE:
Title insurance policies and coverages which are standardized by the American Land Title Association (ALTA) are routinely ordered on sale and loan transactions. A one-time premium is paid at the time of closing and the policy remains in effect until the property is sold or the loan is paid off.
CLOSING SERVICES:
These are escrows on residential, commercial and agricultural transactions conducted by a highly experienced D.D. Hamilton Title Company staff. Closings are available at any of three D. D. Hamilton Title locations.
CONSTRUCTION LOAN DISBURSEMENTS:
D.D. Hamilton Title provides disbursement services, mechanic's lien waiver examination for lenders in connection with new construction projects.
OWNERSHIP AND LIEN SEARCHES:
These are generally searches from the time the current owner took title to the present date. It includes any loans, back taxes, liens or judgments on the property of the current owner.
1031 EXCHANGES:
We provide both 1031 and Reverse 1031 Exchanges.
